Hill Flats DC

Hill Flats was an off market acquisition and redevelopment of a historic 1880 brown stone 4 unit apartment building across from the US Library of Congress in Capitol Hill. A major rehabilitation and preservation of the historical elements was completed in 2013.  The asset was repositioned for short-term rentals and continues to maintain high levels of occupancy.
