Hill Flats DC

Hill Flats was an off-market acquisition and redevelopment of a historic 1880 brownstone, a four-unit apartment building directly across from the Library of Congress in Capitol Hill. Completed in 2013, the project paired a major rehabilitation with careful preservation of the building’s original historic elements.

The asset was repositioned for short-term rentals and sold in 2022 following changes to District regulations governing short-term rental operations.
