Stone Flats

Stone Flats is an off-market assemblage of two church and residential parcels, developed from the ground up into ten boutique luxury condominiums. The project was the first in the District to receive a building permit for habitable penthouse space under the new zoning regulations.

The top-floor penthouse features wraparound private outdoor space with monument views and floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a distinctive indoor-outdoor living experience. Stone Flats delivered in the first quarter of 2017 and sold out entirely.
