Stone Flats

Stone Flats is an off market assemblage of 2 residential parcels for the ground up development of 10 boutique luxury condominium units. The project was the first in DC to receive a building permit for habitable space in a Penthouse after the new District zoning regulations were applied. The top Penthouse features a wrap around private outdoor space that has monument views and floor to ceiling windows for a one of a kind indoor/outdoor living experience. The project delivered in the 1^st quarter of 2017 and only one remains.
