The 40,000 sq ft project will incorporate concrete and stick construction with an elevator. Stone Hill will feature 365 degree views of the city from the common access rooftop and 2 one of a kind Penthouse units. The project is located in Capitol Hill DC next to our Stone Flats development. The project is currently under construction with a 1^st quarter 2018 delivery. This development at 1345 K Street is a joint venture with Marcus Asset Group.
