Stone Hill

Stone Hill began as five separate parcels on Capitol Hill, one of them a former church. Pecar Properties assembled the site off market and built 36 luxury condominiums across 40,000 square feet, with a shared rooftop terrace opening to 360 degree views of the city and two one-of-a-kind penthouses. The building sits at 1345 K Street, next door to our Stone Flats development. Construction was concrete podium over wood frame, with an elevator. Delivered and sold out in 2019 in joint venture with Marcus Asset Group.
