The Townhomes at Truxton was an assemblage of 3 non-conforming lots in the Truxton Circle/Shaw/Bloomingdale neighborhood of NW Washington DC. This ground up development featured a vertical separation wall between 2 luxury townhouses. Each of the townhomes features a rooftop deck, 2-car garage, and a private backyard. The project sold out prior to completion in 2011.
