Gene Pecar
Principal
Gene Pecar is President of Pecar Properties LLC, a Washington DC area developer, owner, and operator of income producing investment property. Mr. Pecar has completed numerous ground up development projects in addition to the acquisition and re-positioning of distressed assets. In addition to his real estate business, Mr. Pecar served as an Officer and Pilot for the United States Air Force, DC Air National Guard retiring in 2022. Mr. Pecar previously worked on multiple residential + commercial development and value add projects while working for Pittman Partners (Carmel, IN) and Sandor Development Company (Indianapolis, IN). Additionally Mr. Pecar provided real estate portfolio asset management consultation for the FBI and DHS while working for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Pecar received a Masters in Real Estate and Finance from Georgetown University as well as a Bachelors in Business Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
